We want to raise awareness and help solve environmental issues and social issues related to diversity and inclusion through our media business. Which is why we hold workshops for companies and support their businesses to generate innovations that will contribute to a decarbonized society. To support millennials and their concern for social issues, we engage in activities that seek out new values.

We are working on reducing average overtime hours and encouraging employees to take paid time off, but we also want to give them more options in how they work so that each employee can work safely and with peace of mind.
