We have decided to adopt. INFOBAHN GROUP INC. on July 1 , and newly established Infobahn Co., Ltd. as a business subsidiary. The Infobahn Group Headquarters will largely transfer the business execution authority to the newly established Infobahn, and will work to improve and secure the independence of business operations.

As a result, the Infobahn Group will establish Infobahn Co., Ltd., a business subsidiary of the holding company Infobahn Group Headquarters, which provides solutions for corporate digital communication, Mediagene Inc., an online publishing business, and 3D sensing technology as a subsidiary of Mediagene Inc. . Digimo Co., Ltd., which conducts research and development of services and contents, will be arranged.
The purpose of this transition to a holding company system is to optimize group management and improve mobility. In addition, we believe that it will be possible to make swift and flexible management decisions for further business development and expansion in the future, which will contribute to increasing the value of each group company and the group as a whole.
